Forgiveness

Forgiveness Is a tool for radical change on all levels of being and living.
Forgiveness affords you a deep peace and attitude of gratitude. It is a freedom that you give yourself and a joy that runs deep.
You unburden yourself from many years of pain and anguish which weighs mighty heavy upon your mind and psyche.
Releasing it is a gift that you can so easily give to yourself which will undo many a year of grief, confusion and pain.
If you do only one thing in your life, forgive yourself and in doing so you begin to undo the hurt, pain and grief that at times has haunted you and others.
When you begin to forgive yourself it opens the door to forgiving others as you realise that you are but the same.
This can be a tall ask for some and you will never be forced into doing or believing in something that you are not ready for and just cannot do.
So for now, concentrate on you, forgiving you for all that you perceive yourself to have done wrong to you and/or others.
When you recognise this it gives you the permission and the power to resolve this energy with forgiveness and love.
As you change, the situation changes and so does the recipient and the bearing of the situation.
This does not take their power away, it does however acknowledge that shifts are being made within the original energy signature and that is enough to bring about healing and making right situations that still have an impact on you, even if you have forgotten them or thought them to be insignificant.
Forgiveness Prayer
Today and at this time, I acknowledge all of my transgressions known and unknown and bring them into the light of the divine from the recesses of which they have dwelled for too long.
Here on this day I seek forgiveness of myself of all that has been perceived and known to be, to be brought forward for healing and forgiveness.
I (your name) forgive myself for all that has been done in fear, ignorance, lack and control.
I forgive all that has transpired in my lack of understanding and awareness of all that has been at play.
I surround each thought and deed with the healing love of the divine and I see all the affected whole and loved within this light.
As I move forward in my life, I give thanks and gratitude for all that I have learnt and understood in this work.
May I continue to rise in the glory of forgiveness and all that it offers, all that it releases and all that it transforms.
May I lead the way, for others to follow in this path if they so choose to claim liberation and freedom that is open to all.
