Dearest Light workers,
I come before you today to share the love that I hold for each of you in what you are doing. It doesn’t go unnoticed.
We your guides and helpers are here to assist you in anyway possible. Lean on us and seek our counsel often. For it is here that we get to share in those moments together and create a pathway forwards with ease.
At this time of year we are called to focus on what really matters and what will be your focus for 2025.
I invite you to invest in love and most importantly the love that you hold for yourself as that will determine your words, thoughts, deeds and actions.
Fill your cups to the brim and allow them to overflow into every area of you life.
Once you do, you will never look back in sorrow, only ingratitude for the steps that you have taken to move forward with love in your heart and a bounce in your step.

Love Fest January 2025! 🥳 😆
You are cordially invited to spend a little time daily with love.
If you only have time some days to recite the practice and carry on with your day, that is fine, however the best and lasting change comes when when you consciously dedicate time (5 minutes) to the practice and allow yourself to begin to form that bond and union with love, you won’t be disappointed.
Tips:
In the morning - set your alarm clock 10 minutes early, you can lie in bed and start your day in a beautiful and honouring.
Before you go to sleep at night - this would be such a lovely way to end your day in this manner.
During your lunch break - revive your energy with love.
I’m sure that you are creative enough to find ways to embrace the energy of love and find that time daily to “love thyself” in a few moments daily.
Make it something that you look forward to and gift it to yourself. It will reward you in many ways and assist you in all that you wish to achieve and more.
The following is the simple practice that only takes moments to perform.
Divine Love Frequency Healing
Call upon your healing guides in your mind or out loud.
Read the following in your mind or out loud.
Rest and relax in the energies that pour forth, you need not do anything else except be, even if just for a moment.
Open your hearts dearest ones and feel the love that emanates within, through and around you.
This love pumps throughout your body from the tips of your toes, to the very top of your heads.
This frequency of love radiates and fills every possible space, making you a being of love and of the highest light.
Have you ever thought that about yourself before?
Let's do it again!
Focus upon your heart, see it open like a lotus flower.
See the light and the love of the divine coming in through your crown chakra, along your upper chakras and into your heart.
You beam the love frequency, energy and light into your body and aura.
Your physical heart will carry it around your body and the frequency, energy and light will radiate out through your heart chakra and into your auric field.
Rest and relax in the flow of love, this cocoon of love that raises your vibration and your essence.
A full healing takes place. Overtime this will refine and will become a norm.
Where love resides all things are possible, even the miraculous. Waves will part and mountains shall move and fears will be overcome.
You will be in sync with the universal governing power that permeates all of life.
Will there be challenges? Yes! You will have the tools to navigate through.
