Every plant, tree, shrub and blade of grass is given life by Mother Gaia and this beauty that we see is lovingly nurtured by her.
The Earth is vast in its depth and sacred in its knowing. Becoming conscious of Mother Gaia at this time will help society to feel calm, held and protected at this time of uncertainty and need.
Talk to Mother Gaia, acknowledge her. Send your roots out of your feet and tail bone and invite her into your life.
Her protective, nurturing and grounding energy will assist you in moving through the waves and currents of life personally and collectively.
When you invite her in, calm ensues and all can be worked out calmly. Tapping into the Earths pulse puts you in sync with the very fabric of life - alive! and it cultivates a genuine gratitude to be here on Earth at this time and provides hope for what will come to pass, one step at a time, one moment at a time.
