It instigates a healthy relationship with yourself and promotes self love and right relationship with others.
When you do not lack self love, you do not seek or crave for the love of others to validate you. This In turn assists you with developing healthy relationships.
You will know and value your worth and will have boundaries in place.
You will understand and acknowledge at a core level, those relationships that are not for your highest good and will naturally allow these relationships to fall away.
Your natural vibration will change and you will attract those to you of a similar or higher vibration.
With all of this will come change. Positive change in all areas of your life as you will be as ascending and vibrating in tune with the universal governing principles that is source.
