Breathe deeply 3 times to release and let go.

Count to 10 slowly.

When you reach 10 say the following out loud or in your mind:

Today I come before you as a messenger of love, truth and hope.

l ask and call upon the legions of angels that are ready and waiting to help and assist humanity, the animal kingdom, Mother Earth and all of the systems known and unknown that permeate our life and the very fabric of our earthly existence.

I humbly and lovingly request that you go out into this world, this day, to spread your love, light, compassion, healing, strength and divinity throughout this kingdom and beyond for all.

To each and every man, woman and child. To each and every animal that lives in harmony with the ebb and flow, that are are so in tune with the energies and vibrations, that play their roles beautifully and without fuss, and who are helping humanity to be more in tune with the subtleties of life, and our effect upon the environment and lands that we inhabit.

I humbly and lovingly request that you ARE fully and completely effective in your divine assignments and that you too grow in your work and evolve in your service.

I gratefully send you my love and gratitude for all that you are, all that you do and all that you effect upon this earth.
